quiet week this week because i've been too busy to do anything xoxo

โ€˜Game Worldsโ€™ exhibit at ACMI

This exhibit was INCREDIBLE! It had so much for everyone and the playable element was so much fun! I LOVE video games and have always had a fascination with the history of games and consoles despite not really being a huge gamer per se, but there was heaps I could relate to! Spent a hot minute playing sims and stardew valley too which was wholesome. 10/10 would go back next time Iโ€™m in Melbourne.

BOOK NOW | Game Worlds | Playable exhibition until Feb 2026
ACMIโ€™s Game Worlds: a major playable exhibition of 30+ video games including Hollow Knight: Silksong, World of Warcraft, The Sims, Neopets and more. On until 8 Feb 2026.

Oasis, Marvel Stadium - night 2

This is hands down a core memory for me. The whole time they were playing all I could think of was โ€œI cannot believe this is happening right now.โ€ They played impeccably and I had the time of my life. Some of the concert etiquette around me was questionable but it didnโ€™t really affect my experience, it was just more an interesting observation about what is seen as normal now lol

Bandsplain - Jimmy Eat World episode

The way my face lit up when I saw the notification pop up on my phone that this weeks episode of Bandsplain was about Jimmy Eat World. I love this band and I think Bleed American is a flawless, no skips album. There is also truly nothing more satisfying than finding out the pod of the week is about a favourite band.
