praising the absolute LORD that this has finally been released digitally! I listened to this on a late night drive home during the week and it hit me as hard as it did the first time i ever watched the concert footage. After first listen, i have gone back and listened to it another two more times.

Alanis Morrissette - Under Rug Swept

after listening to last weeks bandsplain episode - i felt compelled to delve further into alanis' catalogue and listen with a new perspective given a lot of her work now has context for me now. I came across Under Rug Swept, which has one of my favourite alanis song (hands clean), and now knowing the context and the meaning of the song, it has absolutely broken me. Definitely worth the listen.

We announced that we're playing with AC/DC & Amyl and the Sniffers in November this week

so that was a bloody surreal moment. it's not every day you get to announce that your band is opening for one of the biggest rock bands of all time. we got such an outpouring of love when we dropped the news and it was truly so exciting.

Cloudward, Ho! - Dimension 20

I have been watching this since the beginning of the season but due to being outrageously busy i have definitely fallen behind. I've gotten the opportunity to catch up this week (i'm not fully caught up) but now it's all starting to really click into place in a way that i'm finding really satisfying.

Harvest Rock Festival

I think I'm gonna do a whole review of this but the two-day festival was absolutely massive - we had all four seasons across the weekend, played a great set, saw the strokes and the war on drugs (amongst others) met some great people and I walked past Julian Casablancas twice lmao
